My recent artwork has been based around the environment, and how the over use and consumption of plastic has and is greatly impacting the world we live in and helping to increasing global warming and destroying our planet. My work has evolved into blending the ready-made i.e. plastic with traditional flower painting by physically sticking plastic objects to a canvas as well as painting the plastic itself. My ideas have been recently started when we went into lockdown due to Covid 19 and l have a lot to expand on and develop but it is something l am incredibly passionate about and will continue to produce this theme throughout the final year of my degree and into the near future.
